Liability Waiver

Authorization to Access and Move Vehicle
By submitting a service request, you authorize ShiftFuel Concierge and its assigned workers to access, start, move, park, fuel, wash, visually inspect, photograph, and return your vehicle as reasonably needed to complete the selected service.
Vehicle Condition and Personal Property
You agree that the vehicle is safe to operate and free from undisclosed mechanical, electrical, tire, brake, steering, lock, alarm, fuel-system, or drivability issues that could affect service. You are responsible for removing or securing personal property, valuables, cash, electronics, toll devices, documents, weapons, medications, and sensitive items before service.
ShiftFuel Concierge is not responsible for unsecured, hidden, loose, fragile, valuable, or sensitive personal items left in the vehicle, except where required by law.
Normal Service Risks
You understand that vehicle concierge services involve ordinary risks, including parking lot movement, third-party fuel or wash facilities, weather, road conditions, existing vehicle damage, manufacturer issues, loose trim, aftermarket accessories, alarms, and pre-existing mechanical problems.
Photos and Documentation
ShiftFuel Concierge may take pickup, return, odometer, fuel gauge, receipt, and condition photos to document the service. These records may be used for customer tracking, service verification, support, payment review, safety review, insurance review, or dispute handling.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShiftFuel Concierge is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, unsecured personal items, inaccurate customer instructions, inaccessible vehicles, parking violations caused by incorrect customer information, third-party facility issues outside ShiftFuel Concierge's control, or damage caused by undisclosed vehicle conditions.
Third-Party Facilities
If your selected service requires use of a gas station, car wash, parking area, or other third-party location, you understand that ShiftFuel Concierge does not control those third-party facilities. Issues caused by third-party equipment, employees, policies, closures, delays, or facility conditions may be outside ShiftFuel Concierge's control.
If you select a specific gas station rather than the closest available one, you understand that ShiftFuel Concierge does not guarantee the fuel grade, fuel quality, pricing, hours, or availability at your chosen station, and is not responsible for issues, delays, or added travel arising from that choice. If your selected station is closed, out of your requested fuel, or otherwise unusable on arrival, ShiftFuel Concierge may use the nearest suitable alternative to complete your service.
Claims
If you believe an issue occurred during service, contact ShiftFuel Concierge promptly with your request number, photos, and a description of the issue so it can be reviewed against service records. Delayed reporting may limit the ability to verify what occurred.
No Waiver of Required Legal Rights
Nothing in this waiver is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Acceptance
By submitting a booking request through ShiftFuel Concierge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Liability Waiver, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
This Liability Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
